Our services
StelaxAI provides AI-powered customer communication automation for businesses. This includes configuration, training, and ongoing operation of AI assistants on platforms such as WhatsApp, Instagram, SMS, Telegram, and website chat.
Payment
Services are paid via Zelle. Your subscription begins from the moment the AI assistant goes live for your business. Pricing is as described on our website at the time of purchase.
Money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason, you may request a full refund at any time — there is no time limit on this guarantee. To request a refund, contact us at ceo@stelaxai.com or via WhatsApp.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect the messaging accounts you provide us access to. You must comply with the terms of service of the platforms we integrate with (WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.).
Acceptable use
You may not use StelaxAI to send spam, engage in fraudulent activity, or violate any applicable laws. We reserve the right to terminate service for violations without refund.
Intellectual property
The AI configurations, templates, and systems we build for you remain the intellectual property of StelaxAI. You receive a license to use them for the duration of your subscription.
Limitation of liability
StelaxAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the preceding month.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service at any time with no penalty. Upon termination, access to the AI system will be removed.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
